😂 Episode 4 – Spy Parents & Samosa Surveillance
Scene 1: Living Room – The Parent Conspiracy Begins
Zoya’s parents call Daniyal’s parents over for chai again. But this time, it’s not just about tea—it’s a trap.
Zoya’s Ammi (serious tone):
“Hum dono ke bachay milke drama kar rahe hain. Something’s fishy.”
Daniyal’s Ammi:
“Fishy? More like biryani gone wrong. That girl called my son’s eyes ‘alive’. ALIVE?? What does that even mean?”
Zoya’s Baba:
“Plan simple hai. We pretend we’re planning their wedding seriously. Let’s see how long their acting lasts.”
They all nod like secret agents agreeing to launch Mission: Rishta Reality Check.
Scene 2: Zoya & Daniyal – Café Vibes and Unexpected Sparks
A quiet café with yellow lights and soft music. Daniyal walks in wearing a casual shirt. Zoya is already sitting with her iced coffee, tapping her nails on the table.
Daniyal (sitting down):
“You’re early. Trying to impress the fake fiancé?”
Zoya (grinning):
“Relax, this is just a strategy meeting. No emotional investment, remember?”
Daniyal:
“Of course. Full-time actors. No feelings, no strings.”
They both nod dramatically. A moment of silence.
Zoya (tilting her head):
“By the way… you’re not that annoying. I mean, I thought you were worse.”
Daniyal (raising his brows):
“Wow. High praise. And you? You’re not as loud as I imagined. You even… pause between sentences.”
They both laugh. The teasing is softer now.
Zoya:
“And you dress like a normal human. That yellow kurta you wore last time? Looked like mango season exploded.”
Daniyal (mock hurt):
“Excuse me, that kurta got compliments! From my chachi… twice.”
More laughter.
Zoya (smiling):
“Honestly, I thought I’d hate every second of this rishta drama. But this… isn’t so bad.”
Daniyal (gently):
“Yeah. Turns out, fake fiancées can have decent coffee conversations too.”
Their eyes meet. There’s no overacting. No fake blushing. Just… a weird comfort. A strange feeling neither of them wants to admit.
The waiter interrupts with the bill.
Daniyal (handing cash):
“Let me get this. Part of the acting budget.”
Zoya:
“Sure. I’ll cover next time. From the… emotional damage fund.”
They both smile as they walk out, standing awkwardly outside the café.
Zoya:
“So… see you at the next fake meeting?”
Daniyal:
“Definitely. We have a contract to fulfill.”
But neither moves away immediately. They stand for a few seconds—too long to be casual.
🔚 Scene 3: Zoya’s Late-Night Call
Zoya is lying in bed, phone in hand, hugging her pillow. She’s smiling without realizing it. Her cousin’s name flashes on the screen. She picks up.
Cousin (teasing tone):
“You’re really going for Oscar this time, huh? —drama on point!”
Zoya (smirking):
“Forget Oscar. I just need them to cancel this rishta before I start liking Daniyal for real.”
Cousin (suddenly serious):
“Wait. What did you just say?”
Zoya freezes. Her smile drops. She stares at the ceiling, blinking.
Zoya (awkwardly):
“Nothing. I just meant… this fake rishta thing should end soon. That’s it.”
But even she doesn’t believe it. Her voice is softer now.
Cousin (curious):
“Hmm. But be honest—he’s not bad, right? I mean, Daniyal is good-looking, educated, decent family… not a bad package.”
Zoya pauses. Her thoughts drift to the café. The way he teased her. That smile. The way their laughter felt… natural.
Zoya (half lost in thought):
“Yeah… he’s not that bad.”
Cousin (gasps):
“Ohhhh! Not that bad, huh? Big words from Miss ‘I-hate-this-rishta!’”
Zoya (snaps out of it):
“You stupid! I just meant… ugh I want to sleep. Good night!”
Cousin (laughing):
“Good night, future Daniyal ki dulhan.”
Zoya (rolling her eyes, but smiling):
“Shut up!”
She hangs up, but that smile lingers. She hugs her pillow tighter. The rishta might be fake, but her feelings? Maybe not so much anymore.
Scene 4: Zoya’s Late-Night Call (Continued)
Zoya lies in bed, giggling after her call with her cousin. She hides her face in the pillow, trying to shake off the silly smile.
Zoya (to herself, whispering):
“He’s not that bad…? Ugh, what’s wrong with me!”
She turns off the lamp beside her bed.
But outside her room… someone was listening.
The door slowly closes without a sound. A shadow moves down the hallway.
It’s Zoya’s younger brother, Saad — the official home spy, prankster, and part-time rishta-saboteur.
He tiptoes to his room with a wicked grin.
Saad (whispering to himself):
“So… Madam Zoya is catching feelings now, huh? Time to spice things up a little.”
He pulls out his phone.
Saad (texting Daniyal anonymously):
“Congrats. Your fake fiancée just called you ‘not that bad.’ Progress, Romeo.”
He chuckles, throws his phone on the bed, and switches off the lights.
Game on.
To be continued…
